Workforce Committee

Instructions:
Please review the information below regarding committee commitments and qualifications and complete this form if you are interested in nominating yourself to serve on this committee in 2024.

Committee membership will be subject to review by the IHCA Executive Committee Chair. To be considered to serve on a committee in 2024, nomination forms must be submitted by August 30. Committee members selected will be notified by November 2023. Approved committee members will begin their term January 2024.

• Purpose: Provide insight and advice on the association’s workforce strategy for recommendation to the IHCA Board.
• Membership: Membership is subject to approval of the IHCA Executive Committee chair. Special consideration for committee membership shall be given to graduates of the IHCA Leadership Academy. Committee membership is limited to 20 members per year, including one chair.
• Meeting Frequency: Meeting frequency of once a year to prepare workforce-related recommendation for board consideration in strategic planning process. Additional meetings may be requested at the discretion of the committee chair.
