Webinar Description

Is your facility compliant with skilled nursing documentation?  Nursing documentation needs to reflect the skilled services that are provided to our residents and show a continued need for the skilling services the resident requires. Your facility may risk an outside audit if your documentation does not support resident’s skilling needs.  What about documentation requirements for Medicare coverage, MA plans and other insurances?  Not having sufficient documentation can result in payment denial, loss of reimbursement, and inaccuracy of care provided. This webinar will review the essential skilled nursing requirements and what your skilled nursing documentation should contain.
