§483.60 — Food and Nutrition Services
CMS made the following changes to the guidance of §483.60 — Food and Nutrition Services.
- F801 — Qualified Dietary Staff. CMS updated regulation guidance related to additional qualifications needed to meet this requirement.
- F812 — Food Procurement, Store/Prepare/Serve-Sanitary. CMS made revisions related to the separation of food distribution and food services, clarification on key definitions, details on staff glove usage and more.
