Establishing a foundation for quality improvement with the Bronze Award
Is your long term and post-acute care center or community dedicated to providing quality care and improving the lives of residents? The National Quality Award Program invites you to augment your commitment to quality by starting your journey with the Bronze Award level.
The Bronze Award helps applicants build a solid foundation for ongoing quality improvement, which is further developed at the Silver and Gold Award levels. Here’s how you can prepare for a successful start with the Bronze Award:
Essential Resources for New and Returning Bronze Applicants:
- Comprehensive Bronze application packets: Tailored for skilled nursing facility (SNF), intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD) and assisted living (AL) communities. This packet contains program policies, key information on completing your application and the criteria questions.
- Kick-off webinar recording: Gain insights and guidance from Quality Award staff to kickstart your application.
- IHCA Bronze application workshops: Deepen your understanding of the Bronze criteria through participation in our interactive, in-person workshops.
