Home Health Vaccine Mandate Checklist now available

QSO-22-09-ALL, which included CMS guidance for the Interim Final Rule regarding the vaccine mandate for health care staff, was released on Jan. 14, 2022, and contained provider specific guidance for home health providers in Attachment G – Home Health Agency.

To reflect this updated guidance, updates have been made to resources found on the ICHC Member COVID-19 Resources webpage, including the IHCA/ICAL/ICHC Vaccination Mandate Guidance Summary and a Home Health Vaccine Mandate Checklist, to help home health members ensure they have the processes and policies in place that are needed to be in compliance.
