$2000 – $2500 Bonus for new PRN nurses! We have a variety of schedules available to help children with complex medical needs live and thrive in their homes! No overnights, clinical support from an experienced nurse during all operating hours, and opportunities to learn and grow as a pediatric professional.

Various shifts available within 35 miles of Des Moines metro
Evening shifts eligible for $2500 bonus

What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 professional nursing services
Assist with personal care and skill development services as needed
Provide education and training to families
Work within the framework of physician’s orders, care team guidelines, and ChildServe policies and procedures as a member of an interdisciplinary team
Exercise professional judgement regarding the medical conditions, health and safety of the children served
Communicate effectively with families, team members, and children through active listening and honest dialogue

What You’ll Need

Current valid license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in Iowa
Documentation of current American Heart Association CPR/BLS certification
Ability to communicate effectively in (or through) reading, writing and speaking the English language
