Accounts Payable Manager

This individual will be responsible for processing high volumes of purchase orders and invoices for all Western Home and entities in an automated purchase order and invoice entry software system. Responsibilities:
Check general ledger coding for all invoices
Upload completed and received invoices from the automated PO/Invoice system into the Financial System
Download credit card expense receipts and upload into our financial system
Follow up with deparment managers for missing receipts and invoices
Requirements:
2 year Accounting degree or Accounts Payable/PO experience equivalent preferred
Must have good microsoft excel and spreadsheet experience
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize
Must be able to manage several projects simultaneously paying close attention to details
