Oversee the daily operations of a nursing home and assisted living facility. Responsibilities include staffing, financial management, coordinating nursing care of frail elders and other long term residents, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing professional relationships, marketing, community outreach, and improving operations.

Qualifications include: Valid Nursing Home Administrator License for the State of Iowa, two years experience in an administrative position or equivalent combination of training and experience.
