Our small rural nursing home has all the ingredients for success. The only thing missing is the leadership from an administrator who understands the positive culture and quality of service that we are passionate and dedicated to provide for our local elders.
We have great relationships with the community, county, service providers, and vendors. Experience is helpful, but you will receive support from the Board of Directors and management that we contract services with.
