Administrator – Greenbelt Home Care
The Administrator provides clinical/administrative leadership and expertise for Home Care/Public Health. The Administrator manages the overall operations and financial stability of the agency, including implementation of best practices, agency policies, and applicable regulations.
Requirements for the position are:
• Being a licensed physician, a registered nurse, or holding an undergraduate degree; and
• Having experience in health service administration, with at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program.
Priority will be given to applicants with the following experience and knowledge:
• Strong supervisory skills
• Fiscal management
• Community relations
• Program development, including public health
• Technology proficiency
• Grant writing
• Strong written and oral communication
• CMS Home Health guidelines
