Administrator

Currently seeking to hire an innovative Community Healthcare Leader to serve as our Administrator in West Des Moines, IA.

Qualified Candidates will possess a desire and ability to lead, grow, and develop a team serving patients in a home health setting, and are responsible for management and oversight of Administrative, Clinical, and Field Support staff. Must have demonstrated experience of employee management with a key focus on building strong professional relationships, both with staff and clients. Must have passion to serve, partnered with an entrepreneurial spirit. The West Des Moines location/provider has oversight of 3 additional offices (Boone, Knoxville, and Marshalltown), so this position will partner with clinical leadership at those locations to ensure positive growth and outcomes for the entire provider number. The sky is the limit, and the need for community services is expansive and growing. Must possess strong leadership qualities, have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to connect with community partners. The end goal is a flourishing office with a connected team, working together to continually grow staff and census, while providing excellent care to patients and meaningful work for employees.

Qualifications:

Iowa Registered Nurse License (BSN preferred) or 4-year degree in Business (or related) with experience in Healthcare Leadership

Previous Home Health Experience

Driver’s License

Vehicle

Ability to lead by example

Ability to ensure compliance with CMS and DIA regulatory standards as well as external and internal quality measures

Ability to hire, onboard and retain staff

High commitment to customer service

Understanding of financials and business operations

Understanding of marketing, growth, and sales

This position is full-time and may require hours outside of Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm, especially during high growth. This is an incredible opportunity to run a home health care region and be a part of exponential growth.
