Country View Manor is hiring a Nursing Home Administrator to work at a 46 bed facility providing both skilled short term rehabilitation and long term care. We are seeking an administrator with a passion for continually improving quality of care and create a culture that positively impacts the lives oof our staff and residents.
Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guideline and regulations that govern long term care facilities. Follow all established policies and procedures to include nursing care procedures, safety regulations, human resource polices, departmental policies and procedures to assure the highest degree of quality care for our residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.
Qualifications: Iowa Nursing Home Administrator’s license. Experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
-Should have overall operations knowledge
-Excellent communication and managerial skills
-Should be a role model and willing to work with staff to ensure quality services are being provided.
-Must be able to problem solve any concerns raised by residents, families, visitors and staff.
-Solid work history withing the healthcare community
-Must meet all local health regulation. This requirement also includes criminal background investigation and reference inquiry.
