This position will be responsible for providing key leadership in all areas and the day-to-day operations of our
Non-Profit Continuing Care Retirement Community in accordance with current federal and state regulations. The position works as an interdisciplinary team member, assuring the highest degree of quality care to our residents. Experience in the functional areas of administration, Human Resources & Personnel, Staff Development, Safety, Budget & Fiscal Planning, and Census Development needed.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years in the Administrator role, strong interpersonal skills, exceptional customer service and a desire to serve Seniors. Prior experience with Point Click Care/Point of Care, Resident Billing, MCO’s, AR/AP, and Medicaid is a plus.
Position works closely with and reports directly to the Cedar Foundation Board of Directors, and s such, must stay abreast of, and provide guidance on, all topics within the industry to effectively lead the organization.
Job Type: Full Time
Pay: 100,000.00 to 110,000.00 per year
