Lakeside Senior Care Community in scenic Emmetsburg, Iowa is seeking a campus administrator for its 55-bed skilled nursing care center and 12-unit assisted living facility. With beautiful views of the neighboring lake and Five Island Golf Course, Lakeside Senior Care Community is a church-owned, non-profit organization offering high quality resident care through a team-based care philosophy.

Persons interested in this opportunity should be able to demonstrate a passion for serving others while being able to lead team members to join in that same level of service. Candidates must be licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the State of Iowa, with 2 or more years of long-term care administrator experience preferred. Strong communication skills are required with the ability to actively relate with residents, staff, members of the Board, and the greater community. Experience and aptitude working with financial reports, as well as developing and managing budgets is a must.
