Administrator

Chautauqua Guest Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced licensed nursing home administrator for its operations in Charles City Iowa. The Administrator would be responsible for the day to day operations of Chautauqua Guest Home #2, a licensed sixty one bed Skilled Facility, as well as have additional administrative duties with the operations at the other SNF and Assisted Living buildings in town.
Candidates must poses Iowa Administrators license; have strong business financial analytics and management background; Establish and maintain community presence and reputation that supports the facility; and have enthusiastic leadership and communication skills.
