Administrator/Executive Director

– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home facility
– Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws governing nursing home operations
– Coordinate with medical professionals to provide necessary healthcare services to residents
– Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
– Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and community organizations
– Implement programs and activities to enhance the quality of life for residents
– Provide guidance and support to staff in delivering high-quality care
– Maintain accurate records and reports on facility operations
