Assistant Director of atHome

As the Assistant Director of atHome you will work in close collaboration with the Director of atHome with Western Home on the day-to-day operations of the business. In this role, you will provide leadership to ensure that office staff, caregivers, clients and family members needs are met and quality outcomes are secure. Having past scheduling experience is ideal, as you will assist and oversee that client and caregiver schedules are complete and accurate, to meet client needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, has prior scheduling experience, is supportive and collaborative. You will have a high level of autonomy, as well as work alongside a supportive team.

What you’ll do
-Provide support and education to clients and families regarding policies and procedures of atHome
-Provide leadership to team members to ensure tenant/family needs are met and quality outcomes are secure
-Supervisor and assist Employee Relations Coordinators to ensure scheduling is completed and accurate to meet clients needs
-Complete and/or delegate payroll responsibilities and billing to clients and private pay insurance companies.
-Foster an environment that supports both high customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction

What You’ll Need
-A minimum of three years health-related experience in a health care facility or program, including work with elderly services
-Marketing experience helpful, but not required
-Public speaking experience, with excellent oral and written communication skills
-Reliable transportation is required to visit clients
