Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/MDS Coordinator

Scottish Rite Park, a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), is searching for an RN – with current Iowa license, who is looking to take their nursing career to the next level. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) this person is responsible for the overall nursing operation of the 51 bed Health Care Center (Skilled & Intermediate Care), 25 bed Residential and Memory Care and MDS’s. This position reports directly to the CNO and has great nursing support staff. We are looking for the individual who has dynamic leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include long-term care experience, supervisory experience, knowledge of state/federal regulations, and MDS experience.
This is a full-time position with Director level benefits.
