Assisted Living Manager

Solon Retirement Village, a community owned retirement campus with a volunteer board of directors located in Solon, Iowa, is seeking an assisted living director to join our team.
Job duties:

Responsible for the overall operation/performance of Solon Assisted Living.
Lead the mission to ensure a continued tradition of tenant and family satisfaction, survey and regulatory excellence and occupancy development.
Serves as a member of overall company management team.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; four years related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Position will report to the campus Administrator.
