Business Office Associate

Responsibilities:
Provides support to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable departments and other areas as needed
Helps with Accounts Receivable deposits and billing items
Meets with families if necessary to discuss billings items
Organizes and sends Note Payable Letters and helps enter Accounts Payable invoices as needed
Provides support to all areas of the Business Office as needed
Requirements:
2 year Accounting Degree or equivalent experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proven organizational abilities and time management skills
Must be able to manage several projects simultaneously paying close attention to details
