CDM (Lead Hospitality Coordinator)

1st shift: Full-time opportunity available

DUTIES: Assures the dining room is prepared for the meal to be served at the specified times. Interacts with residents in a positive way while doing food preparation and food service. Maintains good organization of all food, supplies, dinnerware and food service equipment. Follows all Dining Services policies and procedures, including sanitation, safety and cleaning charts.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have current CDM certificate. Prior related experience working with Federal and State regulations pertaining to nursing facilities preferred. Strong customer service background. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English. Must be willing to obtain ServSafe certification within 6 months of hire.
