As the Clinical Manager you will lead the continuation of our inspiring clinical culture where professional accountability is embraced, professionals perform to their fullest potential, and high quality care is compliant with professional standards, regulations and payer requirements.

Provides oversight for Agency clinical activities by clinical staff to include, RNs, LPNs, Medical Social Workers, and Therapists.

Responsible for creating a client-focused, high- performance, high-commitment department by planning, developing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating clinical activities throughout the agency

Assures effective coordination of care among the team. Participates in care conferences and care coordination meetings to assure the best possible outcomes for patients, appropriate length of stay, goal achievement, and effective discharge planning.

Guides complex clinical care to assure compliance with policy, procedures, and established standards of care. Promotes timely, proactive interventions to effectively mitigate potential decline in patient condition

Requirements:
RN licensed in Iowa
2+ years previous Home Care Experience
2+ years previous Clinical Leadership
