CNA Class (Apply today to become a CNA!)

Start your career as a CNA and get paid while learning
Class will be May 16-July 1, 2022
This class will be done in-person. Must have open availability for in-person class time Monday-Friday from 8am-3pm with a lunch break included. (Schedule will be provided prior to start date)
Must have open availability to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift depending on available openings upon completing the class
Upon successful completion of the written and skills exams, you can begin working as a Certified Nursing Assistant in skilled nursing or home health care
All applications must be submitted by Sunday, May 1st at 5pm. Must be able to attend orientation on May 9th.

Responsibilities:
Will train online, in the classroom and clinical environment to prepare for the CNA exam
Will take the CNA exam and once certified, will provide direct certified nurse aide care under the supervision of an LPN or RN

Requirements:
Must have reliable internet access and computer/laptop for accessing and completing the course
Virtual learning is self-directed and must be able to organize time to complete course work
Must be able to commit to the CNA course for its duration and pass the course and CNA exam in order to move into the role of a CNA or Home Health Aide
Must complete the Prepare to Care CORE prerequisite training online
