Community Groundskeeper

Western Home Communities is seeking to add a Community Groundskeeper to join our team. This individual will be responsible for seasonal grounds maintenance and other maintenance tasks to support Western Home facilities and equipment. Responsibilities:
Accurately and fully completes daily grounds maintenance work and general maintenance tasks
Quickly and correctly identifies the most efficient way to complete each assignment
Takes responsibility for the care of grounds equipment and efficiently using supplies
Interacts with residents in a positive way while performing maintenance work

Requirements:
Experience with minor plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting and HVAC experience preferred
Must be at least 16 years of age or older
Need to have a valid Iowa driver license
