Dietary Director
Manage and lead the operation of the Dietary Department to include staffing, company policies, state and federal regulations regarding sanitation and safe food handling, budgeting and supplies. Prefer experience in long term care with current 90 hour coursework, serve safe and CDM but, willing to train a person with leadership abilities and a passion for our business and the residents we serve. The candidate must be detail oriented and organized. The Dietary Director reports to the Administrator and Consulting Dietitian.
