Dietary Manager

32+ hours a week and benefit eligible!
The dietary manager implements dietary and food service policies and procedures to meet residents’ needs and ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements while supervising food service for residents, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities include reviewing menus and supervising the handling, preparation, and storage of food, overseeing equipment maintenance and kitchen sanitation and assigning work schedules for food services staff.
Requires an Iowa certification as a Qualified Dietary Supervisor.
