Director of Assisted Living

Western Home Communities is seeking a Director of Assisted Living to join our team. This individual will be responsible for resident care and supervision of members of the Assisted Living facility management team. Responsibilities:
Responsible for resident care and supervision at an Assisted Living facility
Responsible for maintaining finances alongside of customer quality and satisfaction
Responsible for developing programs, implementing change, identifying operational issues and implementing appropriate solutions
Responsible for the monthly work schedule for nurses and resident assistants, as well as assuring adequate staffing levels for all shifts on a daily basis

Requirements:
4-years of post-high school education in Finance, Business Management or related field or at least five year’s operations experience, preferably in an Assisted Living environment
Knowledge or previous experience in operating budgets, preferably with assisted living programs
Previous experience in Administration, Social Working or similar preferred
Knowledge of assisted living regulations and practices
