Director of Dietary Services

Ramsey Village CCRC is seeking a strong, dynamic Director of Dietary Services for a department who has been deficiency free for the last 5 years!

The best applicant will work side by side staff to work as a team in making a quality product and providing excellent service for the residents who choose Ramsey as their home.

Many compliments are given to the cooks at Ramsey Village for their great tasting food! The Director would need to ensure this same expectations and level of accountability would be in place in a professional and respectful manner.

Being a member of the leadership team, care planning, MDS completion, food ordering and scheduling staff will also be part of the job duties.

Due to the different levels of care, there are multiple licensing oversight surveys that will need to be prepared for and managed with regulation success.

Position requires a CDM (Certified Dietary Manager).
