Director of Nursing

The Director of Nursing oversees the nursing staff and overall nursing operations in our long- term care facility. Duties include evaluating and directing all nursing employees, establishing goals for the nursing department and creating and enforcing compliant healthcare policies.

We are looking for someone who has strong leadership and supervisory abilities as you are often providing guidance and support to everyone on our nursing team.

Our Director of Nursing should also be confident and think critically, as you will regularly make high-level decisions that impact staff members and the operations of our healthcare facility.

You will be in charge of many staff members and must complete multiple tasks at once so having strong time management, organizational and multitasking abilities is important for a strong candidate.

This position is full-time.

Salary is based on experience.
