We are a small 20 licensed bed non-profit private care facility with a family like atmosphere seeking a professional qualified Director of Nursing. We offer long term care and senior independent living and we are not Medicare skilled.
Atrium Village seeks a Director of Nursing that will direct, organize, and evaluate the nursing department to meet the needs of its residents and ensure efficient operation of the department in compliance with State regulations. Administer programs such as infection control, staff development, and nursing quality improvement and utilization review, review and evaluate medication and treatment sheets as well as charting for accuracy and completion. Directly supervise nursing staff and provide guidance and support. Additional duties as assigned. The successful candidate must be able to function independently and possess organizational, decision making, problem solving and leadership skills.

Job Requirements
