We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to assume the key full-time position of Director of Nursing (DON) at our client’s premier skilled nursing facility located in Greenfield, IA.

The successful candidate for this position will have:

a registered nurse (RN) license in the State of Iowa;
proven experience in a skilled nursing facility with at least one year of successful experience as a Director of Nursing (DON);
excellent knowledge of federal and state survey process;
excellent work history in the long-term care industry;
commitment to team-oriented outcomes and quality care; and
excellent oral and written communication skills.
