This FT position primarily works weekdays M-F and is part of call rotation covering nights, weekends and holidays.

The Director of Nursing (DON) plans, coordinates, and monitors services meeting the nursing care needs of up to 32 persons served who have sustained a brain injury. Oversees all Nursing & Therapy employees, including CNAs, LPNs and RNs, PTAs & COTAs, and administrative support staff. The DON is a key member of the program leadership team ensuring high quality, compassionate, and person-centered services.

Our Long-Term Skilled Care program is a 32-bed skilled nursing program for youth and younger adults who have experienced a brain injury, including traumatic brain injury, stroke, tumor, aneurysm or anoxia, or other neurological disorder. Our specialization in brain injury makes us unique when compared to other long-term programs. The medical, therapeutic, psychosocial, recreational and spiritual needs of each person served are our only focus.
