Divisional Director of Operations

Seeking strong leader to oversee 7 western Iowa branches and 4 eastern Nebraska branches. Leading team and ensuring quality care, managing financials, increasing/maintaining occupancy, and working with Divisional Director of Resident Services in developing a successful branch.
Flexible schedule, competitive salary, great benefits, company car. Daily travel 4 times per week through division, with a home office day one time per week.
Successful candiate would live within territory of division.
