Divisional Director

Care Initiatives, Iowa’s largest not for profit senior care provider, is growing and is adding a Divisional Director to our Operations Team. This position:
Is responsible for the overall management, growth, and profitability of the facilities in the region
Provides administrative leadership, guidance and consulting expertise
Plans, develops, directs, monitors all operational and fiscal activities for facility’s programs to ensure quality and consistency with company standards
Develops and maintains positive interactive partnerships with facilities
If you take pride in providing hands on leadership and helping others be successful – we want to hear from you. This Divisional Director will oversee roughly 15 nursing homes in their assigned region.

Qualifications:
Must have active NHA license in good standing
Minimum of 5 years Administrator experience in skilled nursing facility; Experience in both urban and rural settings is preferred
Must have valid driver’s license and be insurable by our auto insurance carrier
Be willing to travel 4 – 5 days/week to our facility locations
