Employee Relations Coordinator

This individual will be responsible for scheduling atHome employees and assisting with the development and ongoing management of the atHome team. This will be a Monday-Friday with on-call position. Schedules in-home employees for daily assignments resolving related problems such as illnesses, insufficient staffing, client concerns and suggestions, etc.
Promptly collects and accounts for all time cards from atHome staff
Informs new clients about atHome with Western Home options, service levels and pricing
Logs all incoming calls and/or refers to appropriate department
Maintains on-call status during non business hours, communicating with employees and clients

High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in bookkeeping and general office practices
Experience developing and maintaining work schedules
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Own transportation required to visit clients
