Fortified Life Sales Director

Full-time opportunity available to join the Fortified Life team!

Overview: Fortified Life is a continuing care retirement community without walls, taking our services to the homes of our members no matter where home may be. This blend of long-term care insurance and other services helps people stay in their homes as long as possible. It also preserves assets if members need a higher level of care. The initial investment along with a consistent monthly fee allows members to plan their financial future without the uncertainty of rising healthcare costs.

Duties: Assist in taking prospects from the beginning to completion into membership within Fortified Life. This includes: building relationships with potential members, sales presentations, setting and meeting sales targets, selling intangibles, developing marketing plans and strategies. The candidate should be a self starter, can speak to successful metrics, and has a strong professional sales background.

Requirements: Must have a bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or related field. At least five years of sales experience in a professional sales setting. Ability to take prospects from the beginning to the end of the sales process. Be able to build relationships with prospective members. Have a strong understanding of the G-Suite, Microsoft Office programs, & CRM programming. Must be able to stay within a budget. Must be able to work nights and weekends and willing & able to travel locally, must have a valid Iowa driver’s license.
