Come and join our care team! FGH is seeking a leader with knowledge of geriatric population to oversee our 38 bed Intermediate Care Nursing Facility. Franklin Country View is attached to Franklin General Hospital and recently achieved outstanding scores from the Core Q Facility Satisfaction Survey.

Ideal candidate is energetic, inspiring, and well equipped to lead colleagues to provide top notch care. Experience with nursing facility management a plus as well as experience leading a successful state survey. Possess skills with planning for high quality care of residents according to state and federal requirements. Ability to analyze, evaluate and execute appropriate staffing ratios, organize day to day affairs in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines and regulations. The manager promotes a philosophy of care that enhances restorative care and elevates residents quality of life by providing a healing environment.

Expectations include maintaining and building colleague and resident and family relations. Candidate should be savvy with development and upkeep for departmental policy and procedures, financial and operational monthly statistics, and comfortable reporting to administration.

The right candidate will be proficient with computer skills, have experience directing and maintaining a department budget, be well-versed in nursing home regulations and be able to build strong relationships with co-workers. Prior nursing home experience a must. BSN or Bachelors and Nursing Home Administrator license are required.
