Urgent Need for Terrific Home Care Associates!

Des Moines’ premier retirement community has openings for caregiver positions in our ON-SITE Home Care Services department. We provide all types of cares you would provide to your own aging parents who wish to stay in their homes as long as possible. For instance: assist with daily living needs including meal preparation, calendar monitoring, bathing and dressing assistance, companionship, medication reminders, tidying up, and more.

Must:

*Be passionate about Excellent Caregiving

*Value getting to know Amazing People

*Care about being a Resource for Daily Living Experiences

*Have patience for a slower pace and regard for the aging population

*Quickly establish comfort-level with new people and work successfully with a variety of ages and personalities

*Be highly committed to self-responsibility

*Be able to communicate effectively in the team environment

*Develop proficiency with tablet and software

*Rate of pay varies based on education and experience. CNA certification desired, but not required.
