Home Health Administrator

Currently seeking to hire an innovative Community Healthcare Leader to serve as our Administrator in Webster City, IA.

Qualified Candidates will possess a desire and ability to lead, grow, and develop a team serving patients in a home health setting, and are responsible for management and oversight of administrative, professional, and field staff. Must have passion to serve and the ability to connect with community partners and referral sources. The desired applicant will have an entrepreneurial spirit and possess leadership qualities with a focus on building a strong team with a high level of connection. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills. The end goal is a flourishing office, expanding to serve multiple counties and the residents in north central Iowa.

This position is full-time and may require hours outside of Mon-Fri 8:00am to 5:00pm, especially during high growth. This is an incredible opportunity to run a home health care region and be a part of exponential growth.

Preferred applicants will have previous home care experience with OASIS knowledge.

Education Requirements:
Iowa Licensed Registered Nurse, or
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
