Hospitality Coordinator/Cook at Creekside Living in Grundy Center, IA

1st shift: Part-time position available
2nd shift: Part-time position available

DUTIES: Embrace the household model. Responsible for all components of dining services (including food preparation for approximately 20 people, kitchen assistance and kitchen activities), housekeeping and laundry within Creekside, with an emphasis on cooking. Responsible for: cooking for 20+ residents, following menus, reading/following recipes, following diet orders/altered diets, taking food/equipment temperatures. Enjoy meaningful work with residents with dementia and incorporate activities for the residents.

REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 16 years of age. Prior cooking experience helpful. Must have a strong customer service background. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English. Regular attendance is required and must have the ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
