Human Resources Coordinator
1st shift: Full-time opportunity available
DUTIES: Assists HR department in the developing of HR policies and works with department heads to implement and manage HR policy. Enters and maintains employee records in HRIS system. Onboard new hires into all systems and functions used throughout the organization. Assists in maintaining all personnel records and filing systems, including tracking and scanning documents into employee files. Provides backup for processing applications, making pre offers of employment, checking references and criminal background checks, and coordinating physicals.
REQUIREMENTS: 2-years of post-high school education in Business/HR/Management or high school diploma with previous experience in Human Resources. Must have proficient personal computer skills, including Word and Excel. Experience with Human Resource Information System programs preferred. Must be able to work occasional evenings and early mornings as needed for orientation, in-services, etc. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English.
