Human Resources Specialist- Madrid, Iowa (Talent Space)

We’re seeking a passionate Human Resources-Talent Professional who can be a partner to our hiring manager and teams. You’ll have the opportunity to be a brand advocate in the talent space and work alongside company leaders . You will work intentionally to build and maintain professional relationships with members of the community, future workforce, and businesses and colleges in the community. In this role you will have a high level of autonomy, as well as work alongside a supportive team from afar.

What You’ll Do
-You will be responsible for various aspects of Human Resources functions for the Madrid campus with a high degree of focus on hiring qualified talent to join the company.
-You will work autonomously in your role, as well as have a team of HR professionals supporting you from afar (Cedar Falls campus)
-Intentionally build and maintain professional relationships with hiring managers
-Responsible for leading the Human Resource new hire onboarding process
-Cultivate and maintain relationships with members of the community, future workforce, and businesses and colleges in the community
-You will be responsible for receiving and reviewing applications, contacting candidates, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions for the Madrid campus.
-Network, schedule and attend job fairs, speaking engagements and more.
-Display a positive attitude that supports a team environment and works to communicate with appropriate departments to identify recruiting needs.

-2-years post-high school education in Business, HR, or Management, with a minimum of one year related recruiting/talent acquisition experience; or high school diploma with at least three year’s related experience
-Prior healthcare experience preferred
-Need to be comfortable cultivating and maintaining relationships with members of the community, future/potential employees, and businesses and colleges in the community.
