Human Resources Specialist

1st shift: Full-time opportunity available

DUTIES: Assists in administering the various insurance and retirement plans, coordinating necessary enrollment applications and other required paperwork, and communicating to employees. Assists with 401k questions and enrollment. Leads annual benefit open enrollment for various WHC locations. Collaborates with insurance brokers on renewals, rates and enrollment. Knowledge of invoice reconciliations. Responsible for making employee enrollment changes with carriers, ACA regulations and knowledge of 1095B and 1095C processes.

REQUIREMENTS: 4-years of post-high school education in Business/Human Resources/Management or high school diploma with at least five year’s related experience preferred. Must have proficient personal computer skills, including Word and Excel. Experience with Human Resource Information System programs preferred. Must be able to work occasional evenings and early mornings as needed for orientation, in-services, etc. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English.
