Lead Grounds Maintenance

Full-time, 1st shift opportunity (40 hours/week)

We are looking for a Lead Grounds Maintenance candidate who strives in training all new employees, monitoring the productivity of grounds maintenance staff, and ensures all staff follow policies and procedures that are in place. Duties:
Direct and supervise all grounds maintenance personnel assignments and objectives to accomplish all goals for grounds maintenance
Responsible for setting up the work schedules for grounds maintenance
Ensures proper supplies, equipment, and tools are available for grounds maintenance staff to complete their schedule tasks
Work with other departments to improve the function of the grounds maintenance department and resident satisfaction
Ensures all staff follow all maintenance policies and procedures

Requirements:
Need to have a valid Iowa driver license
Technical degree in a related field preferred or an equivalent level of training, education and experience
Experience with supervising and managing grounds maintenance staff
Prior related experience managing grounds maintenance; experience with assisted living facilities preferred.
Must be able to read, speak, and write fluent English
