We are a unique blend of vibrant Senior Independent Apartments and an adjacent licensed Care Center. Our Care Center is a small 20-bed facility, where we strive to give gentle, loving, individualized care to each resident. We are licensed by the State of Iowa and are private pay only; we are not a skilled facility that accepts Medicare/Medicaid. We have 28 Senior Independent Apartments which surround a beautiful Atrium that all residents enjoy gathering in.

Essential Job Functions

We are seeking a full-time Administrator to manage both sides of our facility. The Administrator will report directly to the Board of Directors and be responsible for oversight of the facility including resident care, personnel management, financial management, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will exemplify a compassionate, team-oriented management style along with organizational, decision making, and leadership skills.
