Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at Heritage Specialty Care
Due to internal advancement, Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHA) to join our team at Heritage Specialty Care in Cedar Rapids, IA!
We’re seeking an Administrator who is engaged, understands the importance of both recruitment and retention, enjoys helping others succeed and grow, in addition to having large scale Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience.
This is Care Initiatives largest senior living community, which is a 201 bed SNF. We have an extensive nurse leadership team that consists of a DON, four ADONs, two MDS Coordinators. One of our two social services team members has been with us for 23 years! The Business Office Manager has over 10 years, as has our Dietary Manager, and there is longevity with our environmental services too.
Due to the recent promotion of the Administrator, we desire a seasoned LNHA to join our team. Lots of growth and development is happening and Heritage and we welcome your joining us!

Summary: As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the total day-to-day operation of your facility. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering.
Successful candidates must hold Nursing Home Administrator licensure. We are looking for a leader who will cultivate teamwork, a culture of continuous improvement, compassionately serve others, and promote skill development and personal growth for staff.
