Life Safety & Maintenance Compliance Consultant

DiversaCare is now hiring for an Life Safety & Maintenance Compliance Consultant. Lead and oversee all environmental needs of multiple nursing facilities and assisted living locations in Iowa. Including interior/exterior appearance, heating/cooling and other building equipment, vendor contracts, and staff training, and compliance standards. Successful candidate must have prior experience with environmental services. Knowledge of state fire marshal requirements for nursing facilities and assisted living a plus. Must demonstrate knowledge of basic building repair and aptitude with computer applications. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel within the State of Iowa. Pre-employment screening is required. EOE.
