DUTIES: Maintains awareness of the condition of all residents under their care; being alert to clinical signs and symptoms that indicate progress or indicate adverse reactions to prescribed treatments. Effectively communicates resident needs, progress and special problems of care on an ongoing basis with physicians and immediate supervisor. Accurately documents medications and progress in resident charts during shift.

REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of a state board approved LPN/RN school. Currently licensed in Iowa. Successful completion of state mandatory supervisory course within six months of employment. Current in CPR certification or willing to achieve it. Must be able to read, speak and write fluent English.
