MDS Coordinator

Solon Retirement Village is looking for an MDS coordinator to join our community owned skilled nursing facility.
Job duties include:
SNF and ICF MDS and Care Plans
Hold Care Plan Meetings each Wednesday
Coordinate therapy and nursing services.

Position reports to the Director of Nursing who has been at SRV for almost 9 years!!!
Be part of the nursing management team.

Must be licensed as an RN in the State of Iowa with at least 2 years of MDS experience.
