Responsibilities:
– Provide first aid and assist with medication administration as needed
Complete Med Manager course- company paid
– Use computer systems to document and track resident information
– Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of residents
– Advocate for resident rights and promote a safe and inclusive environment
– Assist with childcare duties, if applicable
– Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of resident information

– Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met

Skills:
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with residents
– Attention to detail in documenting resident information and following procedures
– Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
